Empowering Men Through Compassionate Support

People helping each other climb a cliff at sunset.

Welcome to Men's Haven

Men's Haven is a warm, welcoming space dedicated to fostering honest conversations and genuine support among men. Our goal is to create a community where men feel comfortable sharing their challenges and finding understanding. We're here to listen, encourage, and uplift one another in a caring environment.

Why Does it Matter?

One in five men in the US report having no close friends. In 2023 alone, only 17% of men have seen a mental health professional to discuss what is going on in their lives.*

And Yet - suicide is a leading cause of death among American males aged 25-44.

WHY?

There is an old myth that men do not talk about their feelings. Many men will not ask for help, believing that they need to handle their problems themselves instead of possibly appearing weak.

Men's Haven provides a free network of peer support with no requirements, no forms to fill out, no referrals or diagnosis. Just guys who have been there and might be able to help.

ANY man who walks through the door is welcome regardless of age, background, history, or circumstance.

Get in Touch

Independent Group

Men's Haven is not clinical, not faith-based, not a program with steps or requirements. There's no paperwork or sobriety checkins, nothing to "earn" before you walk in. Just men talking honestly.

Activities, Not Therapy

Our group is here to facilitate activities to get men together, similar to the "Boys and Girls Clubs" of our youth. Some fishing or learning a new recipe might be just the thing to get men to open up and talk.

No Pressure

When the time is right, and you feel comfortable talking about an issue, from custody issues to depression to loneliness or financial trouble, there's a man in the room that you can talk to.

What We Do

By normalizing men's group activities, were helping to create a new network where men can combat social isolation, reduce loneliness, and feel a connection to men who will support them.

An afternoon shooting pool, learning to tie fly-fishing flies, or even playing cards can turn into an environment where someone is comfortable asking someone how they got through their divorce, how they're adapting after military service, or how to get help for depression.

We all know a guy who knows a guy who knows how to help fix the problem... you just might not realize it yet.

No Man Needs to Be Alone.

We understand life can be challenging. Our caring team at Men's Haven is here to support you with warmth and compassion. Because in a room full of men, someone has probably been there or knows how to point you in the right direction for help. And who knows, maybe YOU are that guy for someone else.
